ah! this book was really cute but honestly I’m really frustrated with it. It was a roller coaster of emotions and at times I was kicking my feet squealing and at other times I wanted to chuck the book across the room (NOT in a good way).
For example:
-why was the nickname he chose tiny bartender which got morphed into TB?? literally not cute at all.
The third act break up was VERY bad miscommunication not even like how it normally is in other books. And I’m not saying I want every book to be the same but this felt really toxic - why the hell couldn’t they just talk to each other

Im torn between 3.5 and 4. It really wasn’t mind blowing by any means but I’m so easy… LOL their banter was fun. I giggled. I felt like the wedding weekend was a bit rushed but it served its purpose so I won’t complain.
3.5 ⭐️
The Love Wager is the second novel in the Mr. Wrong Number series, which starts at the wedding of Colin and Olivia. This book centers on Jack (Olivia's brother) and Hallie, the wedding bartender.
I definitely enjoyed this book slightly more than the first one, and it was a fun and easy to read rom com.
