Ok, so it's no secret that I LOVE Nicole Edwards. I was heart broken to hear this would be the last AI book, but I am so excited for her new series' that are coming that I think I'll survive. The Walker brothers have been amazing and they are always going to be in my heart!

That being said, I've never been a big fan of Brendon. I don't know what it's like to have a twin, but he just severely bothered me throughout the series. I wasn't really looking forward to his story.

Cheyenne is an adorable sweetheart and I really liked her. Before really knowing more about her story and her back history, I really was wondering why the heck a country star was hanging out with the Walker family at functions and such. HAHA! Now, well now I know how it started!

Overall, the story was very cute. I really adored them as a couple it seemed like they were seriously meant to be!

I loved this series, and it concludes with Brendon and Cheyenne. There beginning was difficult, but there ending is what counts. I'm going to miss this series and all these alpha men. Thanks Nicole for taking us on your journey with the Walker brothers.

I'm a huge fan of Nicole Edwards and her Alluring Indulgence series is one of my all-time favorites. She knows how to write sexy, funny alpha males and sassy, intelligent, leading ladies. I knew this day was coming, the end of the AI series. I'm so sad that it's over, but I'm hoping that we will see these characters again! It's no secret that Travis and Ethan are my favorite Walkers and Brendon my least. BUT, I loved his book. I loved seeing more of what is going on inside his head and how he's been dealing with his feeling for Cheyenne for years. Braydon has moved on with Jessie and Brendon finally feels like he's ready to settle down. When Cheyenne moves to town, he knows this is his opportunity. He doesn't know how to stay away from her, so he show up on her door and won't take no for an answer. He tries to warn her away from him, but he finds out that she wants him as much as he wants her. When danger finds Cheyenne, Brendon vows to keep her safe. Cheyenne misses her life on the road, but doesn't want to leave Brendon. Can they compromise and find a way to be together? Will Brendon finally take the fall? I loved this story. Brendon and Cheyenne are hot together! I loved the witty banter between them and her nickname for Brendon. I loved seeing all the brother's and their families again. I'm going to miss the Walker's!!

She knew, deep down, he just wanted what everyone else wanted.
And she wanted to be the one to give it to him.

"Motherfucker," Gage snapped. "Next fucking time you walk out like that, I'm gonna kick your fucking ass. I told you to wait for me."

"Is this what you want? You need to be absolutely certain."
Cheyenne nodded.

"There's no turnin' back from here, Chey. Once we take this step, it'll change things forever."

Thank goodness Brendon took his head out of his butt! I really was a bit afraid to read this one since I've been fed up with Brendon for a while now. Thankfully, Nicole Edwards worked her magic and had me on his side pretty quickly.

I was a bit disappointed that we didn't get to see anything in the way of Sheriff Endsley or Mack in this book. I'm hoping their story will be resolved in one of her upcoming Coyote Ridge books. Whether they get their own book or are included in someone else's doesn't matter to me...I just want to know what happens!

As for Cheyenne and Brendon, I have to say that I found Cheyenne to be very forgiving. Her maturity in the situation (as well as another situation she's dealing with) would have me forgetting how much younger she is than Brendon. It's funny that V made such an issue about her age difference with Zane, yet it's pretty much the same with this couple but seems okay since the guy is older. Why do our brains work this way? Ugh! Anyway, Chey had a lot to deal with in her life and came out stronger in the end. I like those kinds of stories.

I'll miss the Walkers and hope to get around to Curtis' story (the first in the Coyote Ridge series) some day. My library is still not carrying any of these books so I will get them as my budget allows. I've read all of the ones at my virtual library already.

Okay didn't read her other books? Go back do that now. Not because you'll not be able to follow the story. This could stand alone. You are just missing out.

Okay, if I am honest. This is a 4.75. Yes, we've been seeing this story a mile down the track and figured it was about time. The author catches you up, allows the characters to voice how they got through the long tease. She doesn't sudden drop it on you"and now their in love". So kudos on build up of relationship.

So why the .25 deduction? Yeah, this is a bit of a fan girl pout ( yes, I hope the author reads this). This author is really, really good about crossing over characters from other series. If you haven't got Sniper 1 book 1, go one click that, come back here. Now, there are two characters who I got really excited about hoping she just give us a teeny tiny bit of insight but nooooooo. So .25 deduction for my pout.

If you want hot, alpha male I got you you are mine, holy panty melting, yep this book- entire series- delivers.
