“Most people are trusting. Their first mistake.” For a satirical family drama, this one was top notch. Bea, a con artist with a sordid past, captures the heart of Collin, a socialite son. There’s drama, rich people antics, sketchy pasts…it’s all here in a story I couldn’t put down. I really enjoyed the chapters revolving around Bea’s past with her mother, and the quote “Mother taught me that, too” has such a cool, double-edge sword meaning.
