I love this story so much! It’s an audio drama rather than an audiobook (think of a radio play), but those are my favorites. On the technical side, there are some places where the audio mixing is a little misbalanced but this is very minor.

As far as the story goes, I thought it was fantastic! It seems much more developed than other post-apocalypse junk. The characters are beautifully developed and even the villains are sympathetic and identifiable. The story moves very quickly but the pacing is done very well. The story goes in all sorts of directions that I didn’t expect and it felt believable the entire way. I am eagerly and desperately waiting for a second season of this.

I feel like reviews for this is a bit of a mixed bag but I honestly loved it. Felt like it fell somewhere between a book and a movie. As for the story itself? Also loved it! I would have loved more time with the characters which is why I took off .25 of a star but aside from that I really enjoyed it and I would love a sequel. 🧡
