I didn't finish reading this book. I left off at nearly 60% of the way through. I stopped reading because I felt I could tell how it would end. My theory is that Patricia's real father and mother are Gabino and the nun, Cienne McDana. I told David that I wanted to stop reading this book because it'd become too predictable to me. He was okay with that, but when I told him my theory about the parentage of the main character, Patricia, he felt I was wrong because the woman is a nun. I think I'm right, and don't have the patience at this point to find out.
