Very interesting, very informative. As with any audiobook, it can kind of up in the air regarding how the narrator adds or subtracts from the story being told and, while it was given a distinguished and serious tone, the reading itself was a bit dry. Worth reading overall, though.

I really went back and forth with my rating between 2 or 3 stars. The content was so important and I appreciated learning about what has happened in the past. My struggle was with how the book was told. I struggled to get through this so badly. It was like a textbook, very dry and tedious to get through.

Chapters are a bit long and don’t necessarily need the depth of detail to tell the story.
