I always enjoy jumping back into Becky Chamber's universe. It sometimes takes me a minute to get into a story, but I always enjoy them!

This book closely resembled the first in the series in terms of found family, character driven narratives and learning more about the cultures of different sapient species. I absolutely loved everything about this book and I'm sooo happy Chambers decided to conclude (?) this series with the type of story that made me fall in love with her writing in the first place

I never give books 5 stars, and I rarely write reviews. This book was just fantastic. A wonderful story of "people" thrown together by chance who show you how to make the best of a crisis.

5 aliens who demonstrate only the best qualities of humanity.

The author's turn of phrase is just delightful and the description of 'cheese' is worth the read alone. I've read the first 2 books in the series and this was by far the best.

This is the kind of wholesome thoughtful sci-fi I wish I could read more of.

A delightful little book about the ties that bind sentients of whatever background. I really love this series.
