This was a good end to a pretty good story. I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would.

I really dreaded coming here to rate this, BUT it has to be done!

I wanted to rate this as high as the other books in this segment, but it was not going to happen.

I felt the book was all over the place, and I felt that ending being your typical romantasy ending. *and this was not a romantasy book 🤷🏽‍♀️

I was glad that we finally got closer when it came to who Jessie was, but i felt it was dragged on too long, and it went downhill after everything.

when looking through the comments, I noticed I was not the only one who felt it ... and even though I love Bran & Jessie, I felt there were too many filler scenes here. And then to see that ending stop so abruptly, seriously?!

This series went from a little smutty vampire book to full on fantasy action I loved it! My god, the bit with Sam at the end had me stressed but that god for HAE. Loved it!
