I didn't feel so much that this was a book of poetry as it was life advice or a TedTalk. Great if that's what you're looking for, a bit disappointing if you're looking for something more lyrical or eloquent.

The book offers some good advice but it reads more like a self-help book telling you to get therapy instead of offering good poetry.

Watch out world, I'm a poetry girly now!
There is definitely a lot of wisdom in this collection and it speaks right to my interests. However, I doubt whether I would call this poetry rather dan advice written down. And there is a lot of repetition, I think the same content would fit in 50 pages.
