This was first Freida book and I was pleasantly surprised. The twist keep me guessing and once it hooked, I couldn’t put it down.

I finished it but it was a struggle. I never connected with the main characters, and often felt bored or annoyed. It mostly felt predictable and I had to wait for the author to finally draw it out, but I did appreciate the twist at the end.
