It was better than I expected but the “plot twist” kinda undid all the silly lighthearted plot lines up til then. It was a sharp turn to something far more serious that didn’t seem to get much of a follow up except for a couple of pages. It threw me off the whole story. Also, the steamy scenes were so odd and he seemed so out of character in his actions. I was really enjoying this book until maybe the last 100 pages and then ehhh.
