One of the loveliest, most heartbreakingly beautiful short stories I have ever read. A poetic narrative on friendship, kindness and goodness but also highlighting the opposites - fickleness, greed and selfishness. A wonderful little tale.

Kisah-kisah lainnya pun bagus banget. Satu-satunya kekurangan adalah cuma ada lima cerita. I want more T_____T

What a deep and heartwrenching story. The end was truly divine. I was so busy in the past few weeks but I was craving to read something. So, I decided to read a few short stories and I picked up Oscar Wilde. His writing—I must say—is magical.

And he kissed the Happy Prince on the lips, and fell down dead at his feet. At that moment a curious crack sounded inside the statue, as if something had broken. The fact is that the leaden heart had snapped right in two.

I really liked this story, even as someone aged 18 years old.
It’s a simple but touching story about love and real happiness
