This is an interesting and suspenseful follow up to the first novel in the Emma Fern series. It did keep me gripped until the very end to see how things would end up. However, the dialog was a bit stilted throughout and things ended kind of abruptly, and a little "too good to be true" for the protagonist. It's also hard to like her and root for her some of the time.
