This book, while not what I expected totally drew me in. I thought it was gonna be fluffy, I thought it was going to be typical, and I just knew - KNEW I had it all figured out. Nope, I didn't. This book for me could have been an easy 3 star series but personally I can not stand the miscommunication trope. It drives me absolutely insane and completely ruins a book for me. The comedy and Fucks they drop in this book kept me chuckling and the turn this book took made me thing hmmm... Maybe this isn't gonna be as bad as I thought...

Ok this book was better. It was NOT what I expected... previous reviews had it as totally predictable and quite a few times I was shooketh (ok dramatic - just shocked) at the little twist and turns the plot took. Of course, cause I'm fucked

WHAT IN THE PRETTY LITTLE LIARS WAS THAT!?
this book never really let up once it started and it felt like we held back alot in books 1 & 2 and gave EVERYTHING to this book because wow.
I loved the mystery of this book and honestly the ending did surprise me. I did have suspicions but I didn’t suspect everything that came out in the end.
Hayes broke my heart this whole book and I was worried that he would not get a happy ending. he went through so much this book and even though he was an asshole a lot of the time I had a hard time being mad at him for it.
Laiken, sweet baby Laiken, she also went through a lot this book and I understood why she did what she did but I did not agree with it. she did kind of irritate me that she let Hayes treat her the way he did but also she was madly in love with him still and she was trying to make him admit he still loved her too.
now I want a Cam & Mali book please 😬

I really enjoyed this book, and I can't wait to continue reading this series and see what happens next with these characters

WOW! These books were SO good!! I started these thinking I was reading a hockey romance (my current FAVE) & quickly realized these books were SO much more. While I LOVED the romance, I also am a sucker for thrillers & these books DELIVERED! I went into these completely blind so I was shocked & did not see the plot twist coming at all
Kelsey Clayton has written one heck of a trilogy here! Love, lies, deceit, suspense, a forbidden romance, and a crazy stalker make this book (and the rest of the) very hard to put down! This book was so bingeable because I was flipping the pages so fast because I needed to know where the author was taking us. And down a dark hall we went. The author had me on pins and needles the whole way through and I loved every minute of it!
If you’re a fan of darker romances, then this is a must-read trilogy for you! But do yourself a favor and make sure that you have a few days to read these books because you won’t want to stop until you’ve read them all!

Only marginally better than whatever the hell book 2 was. Such a downhill spiral after book 1.
okay wait actually loved the murder/stalker plot. thought it was kinda unnecessary in the last book but loved it in this one for some reason
