was it the most well written book? no, but i’m a slut for captain hook (helloooooo once upon a time) and all of the peter pan references were fun to catch. the “twists” were insanely predictable, and the climax of the story was finished faster than wendy the first time on the boat. i almost wish it didn’t end as happily as it did, but for a fun quick little read to get me out of a reading slump? i’m not mad, i had a good time

Pleasantly surprised with her version of the Peter Pan retelling. I loved the world she created and all of the ties to the original story, very very nostalgic (but like… make it *ADULT*
