I like Cecelia Ahern's writing. Her style is casual and fun - you laugh and cry. I found the story to be too sad for me to really enjoy.
Easy to read, made me well up about 5 times. Gerry was the sweetest. Holly was a little annoying and. Tad selfish at times but who are we to judge how people cope when they lose their soulmate?
However, nearly took a whole other star off for how things ended with Daniel. What a weak character he turned out to be. Didn’t want Holly to get with him but wanted the decision to be hers and not taken out of her hands (I know it was but I wanted to see it follow through).
Lots of people said don’t watch the film. It I’ll be honest I am tempted!

It was a cute, fast read. The movie was far superior, but I enjoyed the book!
Cute little (well not so little) book about a not so easy subject matter. Pretty reasonable depiction of adult female relationships. Will say the ending seemed a wee bit rushed.

This book was good. It tells the sad story of a widow trying to overcome her grief. I can't fully appreciate Holly's story, as thankfully I have never had to go through that. Even though it was sad, it was written in a generally light-hearted way so that it was still enjoyable to read and not miserably sad.

I read so many books from Cecelia Ahern but for some reason I only now got to one of her most popular books 'PS I Love You'. My expectations were high and I didn't get disappointed. I loved the importance of family and friends in this book and the realistic portray of life and grief. All in all a really good book :)
