Hmm where do I begin? Honestly I’m just a sucker for any book Catherine writes at this point. It’s so hard not to be sucked into this story and the love between these two. I absolutely love Nash and Maddie, I love how they overcome their obstacles.

As per usual, I couldn’t figure out one of the suspects, I did but had the action wrong. 😂 oh man, this story was absolutely beautiful and I loved every second of it. I couldn’t put the book down once I was able to sit and read.

Maddie and Nash are literally best friends to lovers GOALS. One of the best I’ve read in that trope and it’s not normally my favorite. Their chemistry and love  was so overwhelming in the best way. They felt soooo authentic and real. AMAZING

I didn't like Maddie, but Nash was cute so I read for him. The mystery was okay, not entirely unexpected and not too mysterious, but I still liked it.

The Queen of romantic suspense has done it again!
Nash and Maddie have been friends for more than 20 years. After a traumatic event with her abusive ex, Maddie runs back to cedar ridge.
Nash wants to protect her but not ruin their friendship.
This one takes us past the 50% mark for them to admit their feelings, but it’s worth it!

-childhood friends to lovers
-one bed
-Who Did This To You
-stalker ex
-cute dog

Loved this! And did y’all see the next one is fake dating ?!?!?!

This had me gripped in fear, kicking my feet in giddiness, and swooning in all my feels.

It seems I can't get myself enough of the Hartley's.

I hadn't read this author before but they are becoming a firm favourite. The balance in the romantic suspense of it all is just perfection.

This is a beautiful friends to lovers with high stakes, suspense and mystery.

Maddie might be one of my most favorite characters. She strong and preserving and it's so wonderful to see her bloom throughout the book. Her innate trust in Nash is so beautiful to read. He's tender, protective, understanding, sexy and swoon worthy all rolled into one.
