This was a cute story. I definitely appreciate the varied trans experiences this story presents with Noah and Devin. Overall, though, this story just didn't vibe with me. I like the concept and what was trying to be done here, it just wasn't for me. I did like the growth Noah experiences throughout the story, and the discussions around social media and "perfect" relationships. I can't really complain too much about Noah being immature since he is 16 after all. I did really love Devin's character. I also especially loved the talks about pronouns and gender identity around em. All in all, this is a good book, but it's just not my thing.

This was cute. I enjoyed it.

It was fluffy and I loved it. But fuck Drew, he's a dick.

DID NOT FINISH

DNF'd at 42%. was not a fan of noah and the writing as a whole. lots of repetitive language throughout the book, and the main character was just.... not very appealing? he really just gave off conceited, annoying teenager vibes
i tried to be understanding of the book since noah is trans and it is a queer romance book, but i really just didn't think this was the right representation for this genre/community. the premise of the book was promising (and the book cover was super pretty, one of the main reasons i got it!), but major ick overall. i also didn't really like the age difference between the couple (noah is 16 and drew is 18), made me a bit uncomfortable when that information was unraveled and noah kept on having these weirdly inappropriate thoughts.
