third book of the artefacts of ouranos series, one more left! i liked this book more than the second book in the series, but it’s still not the best. the fmc is still pretty insufferable although arguably consistent(?). i appreciated getting more than just 2 characters perspectives in this book and i hope that continues through the next one. some parts of the story felt forced and others felt really predictable, but it is a fun time (i know i keep saying all these books are fun times, but i truly am having a good time... even if i’m rolling my eyes through half the book).
it’s a pretty standard romantic fantasy series, though this book was heavy on the romance while trying to world build(?). i could’ve done without some of the pieces of the love story in exchange for more focus on other characters.
