When I tell you I ate this up…

Everything about it was great! The pacing, the romance, the plot. I loved it!

Some of the dialogue was pretty cringey and once they found out they are mates any and all bickering stopped. I get the relationship changes but I mean their personality doesn’t have to (at least I wouldn’t think).

I wish there was a tad bit more humor in it like the first two books. I will forgive it though because there were higher stakes in this one.

SPEAKING OF STAKES

It is CRIMINAL to leave a cliff hanger like that! Like WTF?!

Also honorable mention to the slip of a very modern phrase “For real?” that made me cackle at like 3:00 in the morning lol!

I loved Nadir and Lor just as much as I did in book two : their chemistry and the banter were still very much present.
We still got multiple point of views and they were still, if not more interesting in this third book. It allowed for a lot of answers.
Overall a truly great book !

I liked the mystery aspects of this, and I enjoyed learning new info about how it all pieces together. Other parts (like the romance, emotions) felt forced and clunky.
