This poetry book was written by Anne-Marie oomen and Linda Nemec Foster. This poetry book makes you feel as if you are at the lake and feeling and experiencing what the authors are feeling. they bring you right alongside them and write the way they see things and how they are feeling. I would recommend this book to students about 3rd grade and up, at a younger age they may need help understanding and reading it but as they get older it will be a good poetry book for them to read.

I think what I liked most about this series of poems is that it told a story from two different perspectives. It took me a while to really get into it, but once I was it broke my heart over and over again in the best ways.
