“Life itself is your career, and your interaction with life is your most meaningful relationship.”

This book should be required reading for every human on the planet. I said what I said.

Good mindfulness introduction, with strategies and background from lots of different fields of knowledge and good examples, even if not everything resonated with me. Still a helpful and thoughtful read.

Very fascinating book... I feel feel like I have been slowly advancing in my spiritual journey in the last few years. Talking to certain people about things, watching videos and reading bits and pieces online and lastly reading more books that talk about topics like this. I don't take any of these books that I read as absolute truths, but I always find something fascinating and interesting in them that makes me think. And this whole process I feel like has been getting more and more interesting and fascinating, perhaps because a few things are a bit easier to understand or comprehend or even accept now then they used to.
While reading The Untethered Soul this past month I have had often times these moments where certain sentences, paragraphs and analogies mad me go "Oh wow, that's interesting" or "Interesting way of looking at it". Super happy to have read this book. Some chapters I liked more then others, but all in all I gotta say I found it fascinating. I won't say it changed my life, because I never say that about any book and because I think it sounds so dramatic. But at least this past month as I would read a chapter or two every now and then I have found myself becoming more often aware. Like aware in general, of what I am doing and what I am thinking. At least compared to the past I more often times have moments where I for example have a thought, but then right after I become aware of just having had that thought. Like I find it easier to "catch" myself having certain thought patterns that I have been so used for all my life. Generally speaking it's definitely a book that is worthwhile reading. In the end it's all about what you take from what you read.
