This was so good! I have had it in my TBR for forever and I have no idea why.

The last several mafia romances I’ve read have been so CHEESY. The plots. The dialogue. All of it. This was so well done and I was hooked start to finish.

The plot was interesting and not overly done. There was enough going on to keep me entertained, but not so much over the top crap where I was rolling my eyes at the unrealistic nature of it.

The characters fell in love at a realistic pace and the slow burn was perfect. I typically hate a slow burn, but it made this book so much better. Again, a lot of insta-love or insta-passion happens in mafia romances. Not here! Somme built up their connection perfectly and I loved their relationship.

The fact that this is a series makes it even BETTER. I hope the following books keep the momentum going and just as well done.

At the start of the book it just was to fast with naming the caracters.Took me some time to remmember who is who hahaha
Liked the book but just tought the caracters needed more backstory

Okay I'm gonna be fr. I don't think this author knows what a sin is....... (Spoilers?? Maybe???)

ALSO Rory is NOT a bad girl. I fr thought it was gonna be like "she killed the guys who attacked her" but like.... No? WHY NOT MAKE HER ACTUALLY BAD like imagine her and Angelo actually being bad together & running the town or whatever. THAT would've been a story!!!!!

Also he's dumb for giving her his number and then immediately disconnecting it??? Bruh

ALSO THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE SEX SHES LIKE "I'm ready for it all
