This one has shallow characters, a contrived plot, and is fluffy in the extreme. One of the authors is a screenwriter and you can tell. I really liked the other author's first book (Laura Sullivan) so I expected more from this but it's not at all the same. For those looking for a light mystery read, it may suffice.
