I really liked this book, very thought-provoking and inspiring to see how analytic philosophy can play a role in how we understand our own lives. Only criticism is that the philosophy was skated over pretty quickly in many cases - kind of dabbled in a number of different areas, whereas I think it could have had more depth. Nonetheless, he has good citations, so I’ll be able to find papers on relevant topics.

This was good. But i wish I read it in ebook instead of audio so I could think. I don't think any of the ideas are radical, but it's a good reminder and well organized
I
Most of all I really liked the discussion on chronic pain

Well... it made me think of some things in a satisfying way, and then ended with me feeling mighty depressed about climate change and the future of humanity. As someone in the throws of nihilistic thinking, this sure didn't help me "find my way"

I feel I haven't got anything out of it. But three chapters, the first, second and last chapters still have touched my heart.
