I went out of my comfort zone and regreted it though it was an interesting experience and i likef the plot somuch cuz it's something i wanna live myself (fantasizing about ut is great but reading it is boring tbh)

Ein Re-read, weil ich mich an wenig erinnern konnte und es gerade ja wieder viel auf Insatgarm und Tiktok besprochen wird.
Insgesamt finde ich "Die Mitternachtsbibliothek" eine nette Geschichte aber definitiv nicht so tiefgründig, wie viele behaupten. Ich hadere an ein ein paar Stellen mit der Umsetzung, dennoch gefällt mir das Gesamtwerk echt gut. Matt Haig behandelt das Thema von verschiedenen "Was-Hätte-Sein-Können"-Leben auf einfache Art, die trotzdem eine wichtige Message vermittelt.
Ich kann jedoch auch verstehen, warum viele dieses Buch nicht mögen und schlechter bewertet haben, da man eigentlich beinahe alles im Vorhinein schon erahnen kann. Außerdem habe ich das Hörbuch gehört, was natürlich auch maßgeblich zum Erlebnis beiträgt.

Książka niejednokrotnie porusza na wielu poziomach. Jest to dość łatwa, przyjemna, dobrze zbalansowana pozycja. Bardzo przydatna i kojąca perspektywa dla osób zmagających się z zaburzeniami depresyjnymi i myślami samobójczymi.

The first half of this book had me gripped. It was a new and interesting plot and I was all for it. But then I kind of got frustrated with the main character and all her choices. I could see where the end was going from that point and just had to ride out the rest of the book to get there so It went from a 4 to a 3 for Me.
