“Better by far you should forget and smile Than that you should remember and be sad.”
This book was a journey of grief and it was displayed amazingly. When you lose someone you end up losing a part of yourself and it’s a change that no one can be prepared for. This was such an emotional book that I picked up on a whim and I didn’t know that would end up really appreciate reading.

This book reminds me of The Flatshare by Beth O’Leary only a little sadder our main could here is divorcing. Beautifully written. I can’t wait to read more buy Hazel Hayes.

I wasn't prepared to love this book about grieving a lost parent and a lost relationship simultaneously and yes, there were parts that were almost too much but the prose was lovely and I had a good time reading it (thanks for lending it to me grace)
