Tease Me Once

dark slow-paced

First time I’ve read a story by this authors and definitely won’t be the last. Declan and Braelynn were burning up the pages the minute they saw each other again after several years. They knew each other as kids but they were never in a relationship but the chemistry between them is off the charts. But they’re so many secrets and evil lurking that you don’t know what’s right, who’s wrong or who’s completely shady and can’t be trusted. After that ending I don’t know what to expect anymore and who can be trusted.

great!

I can’t wait to read the next one. For how short this book is a lot happens. Kept me on my toes!

Declan is the one who keeps his family together and is always there to keep the secrets…secret.
Braelynn is just trying to get her life back on track and get over her asshole of ex. Her friend sets her with a job at a local club and things are going great that she captures the bosses attention.
His new pet seems to be just what he needs…or is she?

I love where the series is going…but this book started slow. I’m excited to see what happens next!

Who doesn’t love a villain who is soft towards his girl? Literally the first sentence of the prologue will have you hooked and ready for more. Declan someone manages to be a possessive alpha while still showing us his soft side for Braelynn. It’s not a super soft side but enough to show he cares while still being his domineering self. Seeing the real Brealynn emerge from her shell was great. I loved the chemistry between the characters. This book was hot, steamy, and every synonym you can think of. I can’t wait for more. This is a duet so there is a cliff hanger!

Meh.
