Their relationship builds fast, this book is steamy, spicy and oh so good. I have never blushed so many times as when I was reading this book. The wine scene? Oh my gosh it was amazing. There are BDSM elements in this book and it is dark romance, ending in a cliffhanger. Willow knocked this book out of the park and I can’t wait for book 2.

I am so excited! I love Willow Winters writing and the Merciless world is stunning. Is it dark? yes. Is it smutty? Absolutely. Did I love it? Of course! Revisiting this world was delightful, the childhood friends-ish to lovers and workplace elements are perfection. The fact the workplace is a dark club where she waitresses/his assistant is even better.
This ends on a cliffhanger so be prepared to read book two immediately!

This book is a dark BDSM romance. It is intense from the very start and doesn't stop. It kept me on my toes and waiting for the next thing to happen. It does end in a cliffhanger that has you biting your nails waiting to start the second book.. Absolutely amazing!!! Loved it

The Merciless world is pretty much my one Willow Winters reading experience, and there’s a reason many consider this world to be her best- it is just so freaking hot. In this outing, we have Braelynn, our heroine, who has finally escaped her abusive relationship, and thanks to a friend, she finds herself a job as a cocktail waitress at what she thinks is a standard old club- turns out, it’s a sex club, run by none other than Declan Cross- the baby brother of the Cross crew and an old high school acquaintance. Things get all steamy, BDSY-y and possessive-y super fast, as Declan and Braelynn explore their more kinky fantasies and their scorching attraction to each other where Declan finds lots of control- the perfect satisfaction for his trust issues and a safe way for Braelynn to explore her needs. There’s some side plots with a rat in his club, and of course, a ginormous cliffhanger. It’s fast paced, super steamy, quick romance read- certainly would easily be contained in one book, but where’s the fun in that?
Declan Cross is a man after my heart! And that CLIFFHANGER!? Oh my god! Thank goodness the next book is readily available because I know there’s NO WAY it was Braelynn!?! I feel like she was set up!? I’m so excited to read the next book in this series!
