Tease Me Once

W. Winters

3.7 AVERAGE

Braelynn Lennox is still recovering from an abusive relationship when she runs into a blast from the past.

Declan Cross is ruthless, quick-tempered, and never thinks twice before making a decision.

They haven't seen each other in years, but she has heard the rumors. She knew he was, but what she didn't know was that he was her new boss. The two are drawn to each other instantly and they can't stay away. The chemistry is explosive. There are secrets that threaten to destroy them both. Will they crash and burn or will they have faith in each other?

Willow has a knack for pulling you in instantly and keeping you riveted until very last word. Tease Me Once was no exception, it was intense, sexy, and I couldn't put it down. Willow never fails to deliver.

What I love about this whole world and Willow’s books in general is her strong openings.
We start somewhere that we won’t get to for another while at least and it makes you want to keep reading until you get there, no matter when you get there. There’s just enough to get you hooked, but not nearly enough to tell you all. I’m obsessed with most all of her writing but the Merciless world really is something else.

We have finally reached Declan’s story and it is as steamy and heartbreaking so far as I had always thought it would be, I mean we did have to wait for him for quite a while. I loved him in the other books he showed up at, and I love him even more in this book. We also get introduced to Braelynn. Her and Declan together is a perfect fit.

We do end up on a huuuge cliffhanger so if that’s not your thing, wait for the story to be complete (might I suggest reading the other books in the world while you wait?). But if you are fine with them then pick up this book today if you can! Well worth it.

Oh my Declan. Dark, gritty, and holy effing hotness.

I’m so hooked I cannot wait for the next one. I want to reread this one again for the first time - can we make that happen?

Willow Winters does not disappoint with the steam. Hands down another great read. I am left wanting more of Declan and Braelynn. Not to mention the cliffhanger, it leaves you wanting more and with so many questions. Overall this book was amazing and I would have finished it so much sooner but life happens and I was left with little time to read.

I have been waiting (not so patiently) for Declan’s story since I immersed myself in the Merciless world, and let me say that it did. not. disappoint.

Not that ending

Every time I read one of these stories in the Merciless World, I can’t stop they are so good! Declan maybe my favorite Cross brother now. I’ve loved every single book in the series and want more. This world is amazing and each piece gives us just a little better understanding. I’d absolutely recommend this book.

OMG......that ending! I almost had a mini coronary when I turned the page and was at the end.

This book was awesome, the chemistry and tension between Declan and Braelynn, you never knew what was going to happen next.

I can't wait for book two. These Cross brothers are intense.

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and options are my own.

And she’s done it again!

Wow. Just wow. Another great book.

Declan and Braelynn have such amazing chemistry. These two are just fantastic. It’s crazy to me how well they fit together. Braelynn is such an easy character to understand and identify with. Her backstory is heartbreaking and really emotional. You really feel for her throughout the entire book, especially the ending. And Declan, the youngest of the Cross brothers, has the entire world on his shoulders. Declan Cross is my second favorite Cross brother. He’s a close second to Carter, a very close second. He’s dark and mysterious and has so many layers. I can’t wait to see how their relationship blooms into book two. I want to know all the things and I want to know them now! This book truly captivated me. If you think by any means you’re ready for what this book is going to do with you, you’re actually not. I mean I am shook to the core. I cannot wait to see where things go in book two. Holy hot damn
