I love this series for many reasons but one is the complexity of the characters which is at the forefront of this book in particular. This was, in a way, a prequel to the series with an emphasis on explaining the reason the characters behave as they do. I did miss the constant twists, rather this book has one big moment that is completely unexpected but matters so much. I’m excited for the next book in the series to come out.

I adore this series and this book is a great addition. I loved the introduction to the TIGER club and the love story at the heart of it. The history packed in fascinated me. A proper page Turner and I'm looking forward to seeing what's next for Greer.

I really enjoyed this book. I was nice to see a slightly different story, but one that still connected with the whole overarching story of the series. I also thought it reflected the first book in the series quite nicely, whilst still being unique enough. It was quite a short book, definitely a lot shorter than the rest of the series, but still good. I'm looking forward to the next one.
