Sicuramente una critica ferocissima al mondo delle case discografiche, tra droga, arrampicatori sociali, sesso e soldi sporchi. Ma si allunga davvero troppo, e sono sicura volutamente, in scese spinte, in descrizioni di serate fuori di testa dove la droga è la protagonista, così la trama si perde.

Mi ha annoiato molto, nonostante trovi la scrittura scorrevole (motivo del mezzo punto in più). Verso l'80% del libro mi sono un po' interessata alla storia ma non è abbastanza per salire a 2 stelle.
Probabilmente non amo questo genere di storie e protagonisti da leggere, mentre penso che a guardarlo in un film magari mi piacerebbe pure

The main character Steven Stelfox is a horrible P.O.S. So obviously I was hooked! Loved the late 90s music scene it is set in. Kind of pretentious book but I still really enjoyed it. Transgressive and entertaining! Will prob read the other book/s in this series.
