I do not own a cat. I have never pondered the implications of trying to teach a cat anything. Nonetheless, this book was exactly what I needed. It is practical and informative but also strikingly witty. Brooks sheds light on the intricacies of feline behavior, satisfying readers ranging from committed cat owners, to casual cat meme enthusiasts. The real hook, though, is the book's comedy, in which hilarious illustrations and ridiculous suggestions cut through what would otherwise be a dry description of a repetitive training process. Urine for a treat with this book!
