I've been asking for this. Shain wrote it and I'm in love.

Daughter to a Jamaican immigrant, made orphan because of a sacrifice, Katie is a bad ass in her own right.

Her experiences with the male species are awful and sadly age her fast.

Knowing she has to make it on her own she finds her self mixed up with the Mafia. She's bait but the head of the mafia his son his nephew and cousin love her like she was their own.

Rome is everything you shouldn't want in a man. Emotionally stunted, brutish, and hot. He's possessive and Katie is his but she's not.

I'm obsessed!!!!!

Meh. The storyline was...interesting. I could see where the author wanted to go with this, but it really didn't work. There were so many contradicting statements. Katie and Rome actually worked pretty well as a couple despite some ridiculous male alpha moments. I felt like unnecessary drama just kept getting introduced.
