This book was quick. It discusses about Walt's personality, his history and his experiences. i enjoyed learning about Walt Disney because i like to read biographies. I like to learn what makes people special, and other experiences. This book gave me the ability to do that at a quicker pace than usual biographies. I recommend this biography for children ages 8-12. Others may enjoy reading this too.

Interesting read. What really impressed me about him was his self-confidence and trust in himself till the very end. It was also interesting to know how the idea of Disneyland came up and how it became a reality. He should have lived till EPCOT was fully done as well.
It is noteworthy that despite few clashes with friends and business partners he generally seemed to have had a steady and balanced personal life as well.
This man had a steady loving married life and grand ideas that were billion-dollar businesses. Without a doubt, he is a legend, isn't he?

It was an easy to read and very informative book for kids. It's great to read for any age. This book had so many facts that even I wasn't aware if before reading. I especially liked the timeline at the end that shows what else was going on in the world during Walt Disney's lifetime. I would definitely recommend for young readers who are interested in learning about specific people or who already enjoy Disney movies.
I actually really enjoyed this book. For the age group this book is aimed at, the content of the book worked and fit very well. I didnt find it boring but I will say I feel some facts just bleed into one and other. Leading to me having to re read sections or sentences to follow along properly. I am very interested to pick up more of these titles to learn more about important people in a simple, quick and efficient way.
