Took a while to get into the book. A little of a slow burner - not as suspenseful as expected but still enjoyable

Exceeded all expectations; I loved this book and the audiobook read by Graham himself was wonderful. All the characters were written so compassionately and a great mystery to boot. I’ll definitely be reading his other book and trying to find the television series to watch. Lovely portrayal of a small town in Cork — highly recommended!

A nice bit of light reading.

Not something I would usually go for, but it was quite a nice read. Not a real murder mystery but more like an entertaining/soap opera feel. Good characters personified with understandable emotions and lives.

I didn't think I'd really like this book but it was fab. It has a real sense of place and captured life in a small Irish village wonderfully. A murder mystery with lots of lots of surprises. Only criticism would be that I couldn't really picture the three sisters- I saw them as much younger than they are actually supposed to be in the novel. An interesting take with likable, relatable characters.
