- Beautifully written. I read this after enduring Fifty Shades Darker, so my brain was grateful that I fed it with something substantial.
- It's one of those books you can read over and over again. Are teens even like Hazel and Augustus anymore?
- Okay.

This made me cry. I don't cry so that's something interesting!
Character development and small-world-building was so unique and charming and made me really connect with even the characters that didn't mean a damn in the long-term. The emotions that were invoked from me because of this novel was extremely surprising.
Read it all in a day, I don't regret it.
5/5 stars

badly written but it was a staple during my middle school years.
I was pleasantly surprised by this book. I of course had heard of it and it has sat on my shelf for half the year loaned to me, waiting to be read. It was so much better than I expected. Thank you John Green. I appreciated the width of perspectives portrayed along with the philosophical, meaning of life questions tackled. Life was never about perfection, but about being enough. I can get behind that.

It is really sad but it is such a good book. Everyone should read this book at least once
This is absolutely my favorite book. This book has the works of true emotionalism. Every last detail is perfect. John Green has written an excellent book, and will remind me of true love every time I read it.
A story of love, loss and finding oneself that takes you on a heart wrenching adventure across half the world. It'll make you see loss in a different way.
such an amazing book. puts life into perspective. I loved it
