Elke mail, elke tweet, elke foto die je stuurt verbruikt energie. Je merkt er niks van en wellicht denk je er niet aan. Maar ondertussen stijgt het energieverbruik van datacentra. Het is hoog tijd om eens goed na te denken over ons achteloos gebruik van 'Digital'.

The book is busting the myth of how clean and efficient everything digital is. Not a comfortable read, but essential to challenge the way we consume and create digital content. In addition to exposing the planetary costs and wastefulness of our digital habits and choices, each chapter also includes a list of key actions you can take to reduce your impact. The key takeaway is that everything digital has its weight and that we could (and should) do more with less by slowing down and addressing our addiction to digital waste.
