It was okay.
For me the main couple were apart too long, for most of the book.
There were a lot of secondary characters, Asher and November appear and that's great but you had her best friends and workmates and I just felt the Hero seemed like a background character.
They finally meet, she's been admiring him for some time but they run into each other and then he asks her out. I didn't feel he fitted the profile for the 'boom'.
I didn't feel he pursued her like the other ARR books.
The relationship felt rushed.
I was confused about the woman suing, that seemed a bit bizarre. I didn't get it.
HEA.
No intimate scenes with anyone other than the Hero and heroine.
No Ex drama.

We don't really know anything about the MCs' past sexual exploits but both of them are no virgins.
No ow or om drama.
The lawsuit was, in my opinion, not relevant to the story itself. It's a Novella so everything was solved pretty quickly. And the hero and the heroine just kinda got together from one day to the next. Not sure if I bought their chemistry.

I hate to say this but i didnt enjoy this until book.. i felt like Noah (H) was a background character instead of a alpha male or a BOOM.. the couple didn't really interact until middle and end.. it was Ellory fawning over him from far away when he ran and she was mostly with her coworkers... :( i was so dissatisfied with this.. i also never got why the lady sued the coffee shop.. if she was a know to sue shops for money? That just felt out of place.. and you would think Noah would be the one to help and save her coffee shop.. no its his friend and her friends.. 😐
