I liked the start and the tension build but the repetitive ness of blush and subbie really got on my nerves at the end. I feel like thr chapters jumped time quite quickly too. Easy quick read but a bit too much s&m for my liking too. Quite predictable

Heavier on the S&M than I like, the plot revolves around making long distance relationship work with a series of small suspense actions related to the heroine's job as a fixer. It would have been more interesting if the suspense aspect played a bigger role.

Stuart should be your next book boyfriend. But only if you like your caring, thoughtfulness, and love with a side of serious physical pain. Luckily Mel is a masochist. The building of their relationship is a joy to read. The pacing of this tale is on point. I read it in one sitting, even if Mel couldn’t sit some of the time. Great BDSM read.
