A fun, unusual and unique book. It’s hard to describe, but it’s a brilliant read and one every one should read!

This book goes to the top of my all time Finnish favorites. I rarely read anything in my own native language but naturally a book from a Finnish author must be read in Finnish. The Year of the Hare is a touching description of a Finnish man who suddenly decides to change his life and moves from one place to another with a small, wild rabbit. Highly recommended.
