I ate this up. Yeah I figured out some parts. Yeah it was a little cheesy. But I guess that’s how I like em lol

Lauren and her daughter are navigating a life on their own after the father of Wrenly left them. Lauren lost her parents about 6 months or so when the book starts. She’s living in a generational home that’s been passed down through her family. Then she meets Jack and falls head over heels in love. As their relationship starts to progress, Jack’s father dies and his mom moves in with Lauren, Jack, & Wrenly…. And that’s when everything goes to hell.

I’ve never read a book that made me want to rip my hair out but also couldn’t stop reading…
I definitely did not call ANY of the twists and that’s usually when a thriller gets 4 or 5 stars from me!
What a fun and also frustrating read!
Watching the plot unfold, and everything in between was absolutely nuts!
