I picked up this book from the library as it looked cute and I was wanting to read a physical book (I’m a kindle girl). I didn’t expect much of it as I thought it was a second chance romance story and I’m not sure how I feel about that trope. It was however friends to lovers and it was too cute.
If you remove the influencer stuff this could have been a 5 star read for me. The book made me laugh, scream and cry. Everything you want from a romance.

I confirmed that I don’t like the audio format for romance books. While a cute idea the repetition started to wear out its welcome.

i was initially interested in reading this after finding that it could be a pick for the Illumicrate Afterlight Box early next year. I haven't read anything from Amy Lea and was curious. Well, I'm so glad I did as I loved it! I found the characters really relatable and likable. It really exceeded my expectations and I'm now going to have to go back and read the first which even though its the second book of the series, I didn't find that it hindered my reading experience at all. That being said, i do find i didnt like the friends in this so maybe by reading their books i can come to like them more.
