This book really neatly tied together the trilogy,
Andie still being a part of the mystery felt fitting.
That Pip didn't realize that Jason Bell was DT earlier felt a bit off, I knew that immedialy when she found out about his companys connections and that he was away on the night Tara was killed. She should have at least questioned what he was doing that night.

Overall I really loved how Pips character grew during the series, and how her trauma is dealt with. The pacing and events really kept me hooked all the way through and I was truly stressed out while reading.
I'm now ready for the tv-series to drop and I'm really excited to see all the characters come to life!!

ok so look. i hated it but loved it. i get the mixed feelings because i felt them all too. that is why it’s going to be a 5-star for me.

there was a good chunk of the book where i thought pip – and me lowkey – were hallucinating because it threw me off that much. a plot twist!? but at the same time, it kinda made sense storywise.

all in all, my biggest takeaway from this series is FUCK 12!

oh, and their non-ending ending wrecked me.

ms. jackson, i am kindly asking for an extended epilogue, please and thank you.

So much has happen in the last book of a good girls guide to murder series . The author is brilliant the way she explained more about the character of why Andie did what she did. She was trying to draw attention cause her father Jason Bell was DT Killer along. I didn’t like that Pip had to ran away from her friends and family and hid cause she was the one who killed Jason Bell. She had no contact with any of them. She wanted to admitted so bad but Ravi wouldn’t let her . I love their relationship it’s so cute, but at least in the last page after 1 year she finally contacted Ravi cause she came back for Connecticut vs Max Hasting.
it’s an exciting ending and the ironic title of the book series. I loved so much it got out of my reading slump. The book was quite interesting . I didn’t want put it down.

Rating: 4/5

The story flowed at a medium to slow pace, and I found the plot quite frustrating at times. Pip's inner monologue was very descriptive. This was great in Part 2 but made me quite bored in Part 1.

Pip's PTSD hit her hard, as I'd anticipated it would. The drugs were a surprise, but the lying was not. That was just sad. Although she was morally grey, I was very satisfied with her actions (I'm all for vengeance). She was determined, violent, and did what she had to do. I have a few questions though: why would she go out on her own if she knew she was a murder target? Also, why was she so defeated at the end, after she'd made it that far? It was disappointing.

Furthermore, how could Pip's mum be so blasé about the birds? And Hawkins was utterly useless at his job during the entire series. It seemed pretty clear to me that Jason Bell was the DT killer after the call with Maria - the killer was meant to be misogynistic and the tools were from his company. He absolutely disgusted me and I hated his part of the book. I also hated the police interview with Billy. It made me so uncomfortable.

Max was infuriating too and I was so glad justice was executed. It might not have been his exact crime but the justice system failed and vengeance had to be exacted somehow. Every time him, Ant, or Lauren were mentioned, I would feel a lot of anger.

On the flip side, it was lovely that Nat and Jamie were happy, and that Becca was managing well. I loved the way they all came through for Pip, as well as Connor, Naomi, and Cara. Ravi was such a great character too, and his unwavering support for Pip was heartbreaking.

Overall, this book was pretty good and I liked the actions Pip took. Unfortunately, there were too many points that frustrated me or bored for me to give it a better rating.

Pip! This book felt like a different person entirely. She was frustrating, unrealistic, and thought she was untouchable. The “mystery” was short, and very obvious. Not at all what I had hoped for for the series finale.
