I had been a bit disappointed by the first instalment but I enjoyed this so much more. Maybe I just needed a bit more time to get used to the characters?

Loved it just as much, if not more than the first one. I just love Richard Osman and I think his personality (from watching him on Pointless and HoG) really comes through in the characters and the writing. The relationship between Bogdan and Stephen makes my heart happy. Joyce is my favourite character though, I cried laughing at her Instagram handle. Can’t wait for number 3!

Another brilliant Thursday Murder Club mystery! I have to say I do still like the first book more, but I have fallen in love with all of the characters, and they all have my heart. The plot was exciting, and I didn't expect the ending at all. I love how funny the characters can be and found myself laughing aloud more than once! Excited to read the next one in the series.

This series is just so wholesome, even with murders going on, and I love it. The characters are so fun, it has the right level of intrigue and plot twists, and I'm in the market for lighthearted mystery right now to balance out mind-numbing schoolwork, so five stars!
