descriptionThis cover is getting a much coveted 5 Star rating from yours truly. Why? Because it is is just SO damn fun and festive. Fabulous use of graphics. A great representation the story. Good composition and title work as well.description

I enjoyed this one a lot. It was suitably festive. Well written and paced. The plot was engaging and kept me guessing right up until the end. I loved the small town Christmasy feel. I loved the characters both secondary and main. They were quirky and delightful. There is a tiny smidge of romance in this one between Holly and the sheriff. I am not a huge fan of romance in my cozy mysteries because it often feels forced or underdeveloped. This one was neither, and it struck the perfect balance. The only thing I missed was a few recipes at the end. I think it would have been a nice touch to have a few of the drink and cookie recipes that were featured in the book included at the end. All in all, though this one gets two thumbs up from yours truly.description

This is a great book to read around the holidays. It will really get you in the Christmas mood and get you interested in being festive. This is the story of Holly who after a broken engagement goes back home to her hometown and families Christmas tree farm. This was a super cute book and I really enjoyed it. I did feel that this read as a newer author, there were some things that were not fully explained or fleshed out. I will be picking up the next book in the series

It's been quite a while since I enjoyed a cozy mystery this much! Not sure if it was the setting or the season, but I had a great time listening to this one.

Holly moves back to her parents Christmas tree farm in Mistletoe, Maine after a terrible breakup. She is trying to distract herself because the wedding was set to be on Christmas Eve. A few days before they Christmas tree farm was suppose to start their yearly reindeer games, the head of the historical society is found murdered on the farm.

This was a cute cozy mystery and I can honestly say that I didn't guess the ending prior to when I was suppose to. Also, the romance in the books is so adorable that I swooned the whole time.

I would definitely recommend this as a fun Christmasy read.

This has to be one of my favorite cozy mystery first in the series! I loved the characters and the setting and just about everything!

I really enjoyed this one and it helped me get more into the Christmas spirit. One of my favorite characters was Cookie because she was sweet and sassy. Even though I usually read more explicit books when it comes to mystery, it’s nice to take a break from that once in a while.
