Snow Place like LA is a short read, focusing on Luca and Angel, who we met in A Merry Little Meet Cute as side characters. It is filled to the brim with angst and miscommunication, but of course we still get our happy ending.

Idk, it just wasn’t very memorable? I think that the story could have benefited from more space for the amount of angst, or less angst to match the short runtime.

Okay, this was cute! I love that they decided to add in some little stories about side characters from the Christmas novels.

This particular character wasn't my favorite, honestly but he grew on me a lot. They had such good banter and I enjoyed getting a little glimpse of the characters we know and love, too.

Ahh what a cute novella! When reading, "A Merry Little Meet Cute" Angel and Luca's relationship was hard to figure out...we could tell something was there but we weren't really given any info...so this novella was perfect. Not only did it clear up exactly what happened during the events of "A Merry Little Meet Cute" but it also showed us the evolution of their relationship, both getting out of their comfort zone and opening up to the love they had for each other.

Hmm, there’s not much to say from me — it was enjoyable *enough* and a light, fun holiday romcom but I just wasn’t particularly drawn to or fully invested in either of these characters. It’s a quick read with some fun smut but Julie Murphy and Sierra Simone have plentyyyyy of other books you can choose before choosing this one🫢
