Excellent
This story it's an excellent follow up to Not so Little Green Men, but works on its own. Rhea is escaping a failed engagement that her father had purchased for her, and Earth's Department of Population. Celestial Mates matches her to Erudan on Vialea. Only one problem, he didn't complete his application and isn't expecting her. Could Celestial Mates have gotten it wrong for once? No worries....you'll love the HEA.

Going Green is book two in Vialea and book twenty-nine in the Celestial Mates series by Erin Tate aka Celia Kyle.
Each book in the Celestial Mates series can be read as a stand-alone. I picked this one up; because the blurb sounded nice and I’ve read and enjoyed other books by this author.
We jump right in and their is no true introduction to the series or characters. From what I picked up we continue the story that started in book one of the Vialea series and move onto the Prince who is the twin to brother to the King. Something happened in book one and now he doesn’t feel worthy of love nor does he feel he deserves a mate. As for the mate, Rhea, she’s on the run from her controlling governor father and her ex-finance which is why she signed up for the Celestial Mates. With a mate she won’t be forced to be in a loveless marriage and can find love, even if it’s not right off the bat.
This story is an easy and light read. There is no real depth to any of the characters. The mating is quick. The conflict is quickly and neatly resolved. And, the world building it’s minimal. Their just wasn’t much in this story to fall for.
Going Green was an acceptable read, but didn’t offer much. Not my favorite by this author.

I lost access to the app where i listened to the audiobook
I loved this story! It was a fun, entertaining read. I loved getting to see Erudan in a different light and seeing him make the change for the better. Rhea was perfect for him. She needed him just enough but always willing to step up and try to protect him when she thought the situation warranted it. Erudan has to deal with his view of himself as worthy in order for him and Rhea to work. I loved how Rhea wouldn't give up on the situation. I loved the snarky humor that Celia Kyle uses. It always makes for an entertaining read! I loved this story! This can be read as a stand alone book without any issues at all.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

I loved book 1 but for some reason I couldn't get into this book. It may have just been me.
I remember loving this when I read it. The complexities of the characters and the general plot was satisfying to read. I loved their relationship and how it developed, esp how she wasn’t a weak person.

I don't know, I kind of liked it, but I was also kind of meh about it. I picked it up because I remembered reading the first one (vaguely), and I figured why not?
The story is about human women fleeing because they're essentially going all Handmaid's Tale on Earth, so they sign up with Celestial Dating service and get hooked up with a mate. Crackilicious fun, right? Well, I was left in the same place I was with the first book. I wanted more of ...I don't know, something (plot, humor, general detail, sex) and it just kind of peters out at the end. Not sure about this series, but since alien sci-fi roms are my personal crack, I'll probably pick up the next one. #addicted #sorrynotsorry
