Of Shakespeare's three comedies this one is my absolute favorite. I might even go as far is saying it's my favorite Shakespeare work in general (of the ones I've read so far. Main reason for this is Beatrice. Smart, outspoken and witty, all her dialogs are just fun to read. It's nor common for stories of that time, but Beatrice is definitely a strong women not shy of telling men what she thinks.
Especially the following short exchange between Beatrice and Benedick really stuck with me:
Beatrice: We must follow our leaders.
Benedick: In every good thing.
Beatrice: Nay, of they lead to any ill, I will leave them at the next turning.

Got bored with it.  I saw the play on a streaming service and didn’t feel like finishing reading the play.  I got as far as Act 3, Scene 4 before abandoning the rest of the book.

first two acts, sure. past that point, meh.

i just don’t care. i don’t care about these people. i don’t care about their lives. i don’t want to talk about this in class tomorrow. yeah, it’s funny sometimes, but how many jokes can we make about being cuckolded? not that many. it was excessive. no more. so tired of shakespeare.
