I didn't like Claudio at all. And I wasn't too fond of Leonato because of how they both treated Hero. I really like Benedict and Beatrice! So far my favorite of the Shakespeare's books because it isn't a Tragedy!

Play so good had to write a senior thesis on it.

First things first : Beatrice is a diva
I loved all the banter and the wittiness of the characters especially Beatrice and Benedick. Their love confession was so beautiful obviously (it's Shakespeare after all)
One of my favorites Shakespearean plays

A good formulaic Shakespearian comedy. There is nothing incredible here, but it is good entertainment. The only thing I disliked were the characters Dogberry and Verges. The constant incorrect word usage was tedious rather than humorous.

Auxiliary characters were undefined, theatrical tropes were trite, but Benedick and Beatrice were a joy to read.
